Nina manages it while listening to the needs of the customer, exceptional availability and service at the highest level.
Nina employs drivers with a high sense of service who are attentive and aware of the needs of the people they transport, this is especially important when it comes to people with special needs, but she certainly provides service to people who do not need special needs.
The vehicles we drove in Bangkok and Pattaya were exactly what we needed, air-conditioned, comfortable and pleasant and the driver Mr. Non gave exceptional service and care. And so did the other drivers.
The drivers arrived throughout our vacation on time and even ahead of schedule and we were 8 people.....that is, we needed 2 vehicles, one accessible and the other not accessible.
Nina ran this operation almost perfectly, and all this with a smile, grace and courtesy and at affordable prices. And she does all this in English at the highest level and this makes all the planning very easy.
Nina also helped me and my wife organize things beyond the trips themselves, special events, talking to hotels and restaurants and even organizing small and big things.
In addition, the service people that Nina works with, which means drivers, guides and everything you really need for a trip in a challenging and fascinating country like Thailand are top notch and she does all of this with exceptional calm and kindness.
